Return & Exchange Policy for Songbird & Sage

At Songbird & Sage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

1. Return and Exchange Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. They should also be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returns or exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged

4. How to Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an online purchase item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at songbirdandsage1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and the Return Authorization Number.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective product), we will refund the shipping costs as well.

6. Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days to process and ship your exchange.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at songbirdandsage1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping.
